Silicone Auxiliary Agents
Anti-frost Agent
Most customer met the anoying issue of frosting on the product surface during extrusion, Colousoul anti-frost agent helps to fix this problem quite well. Only need very small dosage of the anti-frost agent during milling of the silicone materials, the frosts will disappear instantly.
Mold Release Agent
Colorsoul provide 2 different type of mold release agent:
- Inner mold release agent, which dosage inside the silicone material, to avoid the product sticking on the mold after cured;
- Outter mold release agent, which used for mold making mainly, easily spraying the release agent on the original mold surface, to achieve quick and easy demolding.
Peroxide Catalyst
Colorsoul provide 2 different type of peroxide catalyst for HTV silicone rubber vulcanization:
- 2,5-dimethyl-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane: For HTV Compression Molding, also name as 2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-bis[(2-methyl-2-propanyl)peroxy]hexane, 2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butyl peroxy)hexane, Di-tert-butyl 1,1,4,4-tetramethyltetramethylene diperoxide;
- 2,4-Dichlorobenzoyl peroxide: For HTV Extrusion Molding, also name as bis(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl) peroxide, Di(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl) peroxide, DCBP, Di-2,4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide, Bis(2,4-Dichloro Benzoyl) Peroxide, bis(2,4-dichlorophenyl)peroxyanhydride.
